What?! $375 -- that's *it*?! Listen, this man's own employees (known as athenistas) would pay $375 for an evening with Jonathan Bush, and they see him all the time. In case anyone is missing the point, it isn't the beers in New Orleans, though beers in New Orleans with Jonathan will surely be an experience -- it's the exchange of ideas with Jonathan Bush that is fascinating. He's not for the faint of heart, though; you better stretch beforehand. But this is the beauty of Jonathan: he will stretch and challenge you, but you can engage him right back. Just don't blather on (positively or negatively) about his famous family. Jonathan Bush is his own person, and once you stop wasting time trying to falsely forge some big conspiracy theory linking the President's remarks on healthcare and Jonathan's execution of his grand passion, you will have cleared the floor for what is really interesting, and that is thinking with Jonathan Bush -- yes, over beers in New Orleans.

Maybe you can’t afford to have a beer with Jonathan Bush, maybe you are disappointed that Eclipsys did not win “Smartest Vendor Strategic Move” for hiring Andy Eckert as CEO, but you can still have lunch with Jonathan and Andy next week if you are attending HIMSS 2007 in New Orleans.
